Early Childhood (PreK and Kindergarten) Application Process:

2. Complete your child’s Application Form
3. Request Recommendation Forms and Transcripts when applicable. Links and instructions on how to request these forms from your child’s school will be sent once you’ve submitted your application.
4. Bring Your Child to Visit Day:
   Thursday, 12/5 3:00 – 3:45pm: all Kindergarten applicants CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Grades 1 – 8 Application Process:

2. Complete the Application Form
3. Request applicable Recommendation Forms and Transcripts from current school. Links and instructions on how to request these forms from your child’s school will be sent once you’ve submitted your application.
4. Parent Conversation with our Head of School

Please note that for your child’s application to be considered in our first round of admissions decisions, all information is due by February 15.
Applications received after February 15 will be considered based on availability with decisions sent on a rolling basis.

Financial Assistance Application Process Overview:

The Unquowa School offers tuition assistance based on financial need to current and incoming families in Kindergarten through Grade 8. We use a fair and mission-appropriate formula to make awards to families with true need. 

• Please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit. 
• Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application, as Unquowa requires you to upload additional tax documentation including all current year’s W-2s and 1099s. All information related to the parents’ financial circumstances will be treated confidentially. These forms will only be used to arrive at a fair determination of financial need.
• The deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is February 1st for new families.
