Charlie McGlinsky ‘08 is pictured here during a recent visit to Unquowa with Sharon Lauer and his grandmother, Millette Alexander. Millette is the founder and director of Chamber Music Central, a summer program for young musicians which is housed at Unquowa. Having spent time at Unquowa more recently than Charlie, she gave him a “grand tour” of his alma mater.

Charlie spent the summer working in Japan, a country and culture he has gotten to know well through extended visits there in the last few years. After attending The George School for high school, Charlie is now starting his sophomore year at Bard College.
