Message in a Bubble!
Posted by Maureen DialloThere are always opportunities for a mindful moment in first grade. This morning students used bubbles to send a message to a loved one. Once the bubble formed they each thought of a loved one to send a message to. Maybe it was an “I love you,” or “I miss you,” or a simple “hello”. Once the bubble popped, we imagined the message being delivered to our loved ones. We also thought about how we could use bubbles to get rid of our worries…once the bubble popped, the worry would disappear from our minds and bring us back to the present moment.
