Mystery Object
Posted by Alyson CahillIn kindergarten drama class, students were told to pay close attention to a very special object – an object that was very important and needed t0 be handled very carefully. Much to their surprise, the object was invisible! When Mrs. Cahill brought it out, some of the students were confused but soon noticed that it was round, lightweight, and shouldn’t be thrown because we were indoors. We then passed the object around the circle. Everyone did a wonderful job keeping the object’s shape intact. Afterwards, we passed around a hot potato and even a snake! Kindergarteners are already demonstrating the building blocks of pantomime skills and are innately terrific at using their imaginations!
