We make a lot here in the makerspace. Sometimes what we make is the work of our hands, and sometimes what we make is the work of nature. In this case, while we cut wood with one activity we grow a tree with another.This tree grows from an acorn taken from the Unquowa fields and germinated in a moistened paper towel in an open plastic bag.
