Assembly this week was full of music! First, the PreK-3 and PreK-4 classes sang two songs about the sun. It is a wonderful learning experience for these young students to get up on the stage and perform! After the PreK students finished their two songs, the older students in Upper School Chorus performed a touching piece called “Falling Slowly” from the musical Once. This song has wonderful harmony and a great deal of emotion. The students worked hard on perfecting both the music and how to convey the emotion of the piece to the audience.
