Cross Country Team Goes the Distance

The Gator runners, nearly half of whom are experiencing cross country for the first time, have proven themselves all season long. Best times were clocked at each of the meets at Waveny Park in New Canaan, Wooster School in Danbury, Ridgefield Academy in Ridgefield and at Sherwood Island, Westport.
Among the top finishers this season in 5/6th Grade Girls include Raphael Makhraz, Brooke Jones, and Sophia Mughal; 7/8th Grade Girls includes Anne Marie Dooher; 5/6 Grade Boys include Tate Mullineaux and Patrick Phelan; 7/8th Grade Boys include Ryan Moss and Collin Baker. Other impressive finishers were Carrie Smith, Keilan Rosow, Drew Slager, Danny Mezei, Akash Jyothish, and Quinn Mullineaux.
The championship meet is on Tuesday, May 19 at Merwin Meadows in Wilton.
