The 6th grade science classes recently wrapped up a unit on weather and climate.  All of the students worked on a research project that focused on youth leaders making a difference around the world.  A few of the people highlighted were:  Greta Thunberg, Autumn Peltier, David Attenborough and Dr. Ayana Johnson.  One notable quote by Autumn Peltier resonated with our class.  “Keep going, don’t look back and if you have an idea, just do it; no one is going to wait for you or tell you what to do”
