This is a drop off event, faculty will be on hand to watch your children while you enjoy a night off! Popcorn will be served. Students in first grade have been working on their beat keeping skills! We used many different tempos while still keeping a steady beat. Students learned Largo (slow), Andante (“walking” tempo), Allegro (fast) and Presto (very fast). They had to keep the steady beat after listening to a song and identifying the tempo – I was very impressed with how well everyone did!
