Girls’ Green Soccer Takes the Win at Home
Posted by Marybeth LaneThe girls’ green team took the lead in the first 30 seconds of the game on Tuesday against St. Lukes. Just seconds after the first touch, Lisi dribbled the ball through three midfielders and two defenders and scored the first goal. Shortly after, Lola scored the team’s second goal followed by a third goal by Ella. The girls’ green team kept the ball on St. Luke’s side of the goal for almost the entire game. It was at the very end of the second half when St. Luke’s forward scored a goal. Our goalie, Hannah stepped up and made some fantastic saves. Great job on offense and defense, Gators! Our next game is Wednesday, November 6th against Rippowam in Bedford, NY.
