Girls’ Lax Comes Up Short at Ridgefield Academy
Posted by Lloyd MitchellGirls’ lacrosse had one of their most competitive games of the season. Matching up against Ridgefield Academy on a beautiful spring day, the girls were poised to seek out their first victory of the season. After falling behind early in the game, the girls clawed back and managed to pull it within one goal. Quick goals by sixth grader Lisi and seventh grader Lucy put the girls in it. As the game neared completion, Ridgefield Academy pulled away. We were proud of the girls’ effort today and look forward to another game this week against GFA.
