It’s Time for (Science) Jeopardy!
Posted by Joshua BartosiewiczWith the 7th grade concluding their unit on Levels of Organization, Plant Bodies & Systems, Animal Bodies & Systems and Information Processing in Animals, we were able to test our knowledge in a more interactive way. Both 7th grade classes were split into teams and engaged in a game of Jeopardy! Not only was this quizzing their knowledge (in a fun way) but it also challenged their sleight of hand with the buzzer. Students couldn’t wait to have a friendly competition and have a turn in the hot seat with the buzzer. The game was complete with an authentic Jeopardy introduction by Mr. Bartosiewicz as well as a fully downloaded Jeopardy soundboard to add to the excitement. It is safe to say the 7th grade had a blast while expressing their knowledge on this past unit and it is surely a class that will not be forgotten.
