Students learned a new song and game in music class today! “Let us chase the squirrel, up the hickory down the hickory, let us chase the squirrel up the hickory tree!” This song reinforces the use of do,re,mi, and sol in the musical scale. Students are learning how to not only sing in step, but are now adding a skip, mi to sol. This is a big step in in our music theory lessons!
