Lunch Bunch Fun
Posted by Fiona EckersleyThe PreK-4 children who stay for Lunch Bunch have been learning about the continent of Africa. They have learned a little about the animals that live there, the climate and some of the traditions of the different countries that make up the continent. From comparing our hands to those of a gorilla to making traditional paper beads, it has been an interesting look at the way other people live. We had fun making tribal masks from Sierra Leone and warding off bad luck while inviting in good with our Hamsa symbols.
