Max Martone ’09
Posted by Kate HavilandAlong with a heavy workload as a sophomore studying physics in the University of Connecticut’s Honors Program, Max Martone ’09 is on the Tae Kwan Do team. At the Tae Kwan Do Tournament this fall at Cornell, Max led the UCONN men’s team to a second place finish in sparring, a third place finish in individual forms and the overall Division II victory – a first for UCONN!
His father Karl describes this season as “Max unleashing the ‘Unquowa unafraid spirit’ on the field”…Indeed! Congratulations to Max and the team!
