Seventh grade students created these wonderfully creative mixed media pieces using newspaper, black & white portraits, gloss medium and acrylic paint. They had a lot of fun with the process as well as the subject matter and some children took the opportunity to incorporate their own unique touches, splattering paint and infusing a little humor into their work.
