First graders have begun learning the art of pantomime in Drama class. Using just their bodies – no voices or sound – to tell a story or convey an action, they played several games to practice their miming skills. While the room itself was very quiet, their expressions and movements were very “loud!” Pantomime is a fantastic way to focus on creative interpretation and communication!
