Performing Short Scenes
Posted by Alyson CahillIn Second Grade Drama, students have been reading and performing short scenes for one another as a group. So far we have done a scene about tadpoles and frogs – which tied into their Life Cycles unit in Science class – and last week we did two scenes about Fall! They did a wonderful job taking turns reading their lines both as solo actors and in choral readings. We also practiced audience etiquette during the scene presentations – when a performer is onstage, we sit quietly and listen, then of course give rousing applause!
