Chinese characters are more challenging to learn compared with English letters. We use different ways to make writing become a fun activity. In the lower school Mandarin class, we include some Chinese characters for students to study.  We used Play-Doh, wordwall games, and writing on the whiteboard; Students loved writing on the whiteboard instead of paper.
