Two Point Perspective
Posted by lauradowlingSeventh and eighth grade students have been putting a lot of effort into their two point perspective drawings, which is an essential skill for all artists. Understanding how to draw using perspective allows an artist to accurately represent things such as buildings, roads, cars, etc. as they would exist in a landscape setting. In this lesson, students are drawing their names in 3D block letters, using a technique known as stippling to shade, then adding a landscape. A challenging project, but they met the challenge with much success!
