The perfect fall day was the backdrop for an amazing performance by the Unquowa Field Hockey Team! The girls clenched a 3-0 victory over Greenwich Catholic Thursday afternoon on our home field! The team started out strong and stayed strong throughout the entire game. Thoughtful passing, huge free hits, and speed played to our advantage as the girls took over on the field. The girls communicated with each other beautifully and stayed supportive in all areas of the field. Outstanding offense and defense came from each and every one of our girls. Goals contributed by Maeve (2) and Claire (1). Thank you to all of our fans who braved the cold to be part of our exciting win!
