Third graders have been learning all about plants this fall in science class. Students have dissected and planted seeds, done chlorophyll rubbings using green leaves and most recently have begun to learn about the process of photosynthesis. Each morning when the students arrive, they rush over to check out the growth of their plant. Third graders have observed that the plants are growing toward the light source and that much to their delight the plants have grown quite high!
