Eighth graders have eagerly begun delivering speeches at assembly this month, beginning our Eighth Grade Speaker Series. Students spend time planning, composing, editing, and revising their written speeches; developing a visual component; and, practicing their public speaking skills while preparing to deliver their speeches.
