The Transitional-K and kindergarten classes visited the Yale Art Museum to examine three portraits and other art works. We discussed the medium, subject, history and visual story of each. This gave our students the opportunity to become art detectives and truly examine each piece with a discerning eye. We were both critics and connoisseurs!
