Students in 7th and 8th grades read articles related to “Día de los Muertos” and how other countries in Latin America celebrate this day. They also watched the videos Calaverita and Llorona related to this tradition. They all learned the difference between “Día de los Muertos” and Halloween: on Day of the Death people demonstrate love and respect for deceased family members and friends.
