We will be ordering T-shirts for students to wear at Field Day and need help with your child’s size! Please note: Shirts are at no cost to families.

All responses will be exported into a spreadsheet for us to work from. Please take care to answer all questions.

Follow these important instructions to submit your child’s size:

• Each student requires a SEPARATE submission.
• Only ONE PARENT is to respond(to save confusion & duplicates).
• Go to THIS LINK to indicate your child’s T-shirt size(don’t forget to hit “submit”).
• Deadline is Monday, May 4th at 3pm.
