Let it Snow!
Posted by Faith BarbutoKindergarten is in the middle of a science unit on weather and this month is certainly providing us with varied real life experiences! Sunny and warm one day, then freezing and snowy the next, the class has been keeping track of the changing weather on a graph. We have been studying tools to measure weather such as a thermometer. We compared temperatures outdoors and indoors as well as in the morning and afternoon. Some unexpected flurries the other day were a perfect time to check the temperature! First we made predictions to what the temperature would be then went out to test and taste the flakes!
