Los Colores con Plastilina
Posted by Jamie BartelsKindergarten students have become well acquainted with the names of colors in Spanish. After learning the names of the colors and watching Basho and Friends Color´s Video, each student received a sheet with instructions for color mixing. Each instruction looked like this:
First they practiced how to ask for a particular color: Por favor, dame … (Please give me …). Once they could do this, students asked for each color to complete the sheet. Once they had mixed those colors, they were free to experiment. A particular favorite was mixing blanco (white) with rojo (red) to make rosado (pink).
