Community Closet 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM view detailshide details Items from our Community Closet will be available for the Unquowa community on the stage in the gym, during the pancake breakfast. We have khaki pants, polo shirts, blazers, UNQ branded sweatshirts and more! All items are FREE. |

Take A Look Day 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM view detailshide details This is an opportunity for prospective parents to visit the school for assembly, and a group tour. We will have student ambassadors on hand to greet visitors, and parent ambassadors available for introductions. Visitors will be invited to arrive at 8:30 so they have time to grab a cup of coffee and chat with parent ambassadors prior to assembly. |
Second graders were having a difficult time with some of the musical symbols we have been learning and defining. To make memorizing these symbols a little more fun we played a game I like to call Musical Twister! Students had to know the names of each symbol in order to know where the caller was telling them to place their hands and feet. The kids had a blast, and now really know these musical symbols!
