Eighth grade began exploring a new opportunity – filming from the sky! Using our brand new quad-copter, students began to learn the fundamentals of flying and understanding the components that allow copter to stay in flight. In the coming weeks, students will take the controls and work to utilize this new, fascinating way to capture aerial footage for future projects! In the coming months, we will begin to explore developing our own drones that can fly with the knowledge we have learned from our experience!
