The Unquowa Florist
Posted by Janice ShannonThe children had a wonderful experience arranging flowers in vases for the dining room this week. Each child had picked out their favorite colors and shapes of the flowers in the gardens here at Unquowa. Pouring the water and cutting the flowers to just the right height brought a new awareness to the children. The conversation was “I need a pink one” and “Can you give me the orange one?”. They were so proud of the vases and liked seeing them on the tables. They really brightened up the dining room.
