SEP16 | 7th Grade World Religions Speaker Series - Judaism view detailshide details We are starting our Humanities course with a basic overview of the five major world religions - this will give us a general construct/lens for understanding those terms as "vocabulary" and applying it to our global studies throughout the year. We have arranged for clergy members of these faiths to speak to our class and discuss the historical background, belief systems, and other pertinent info about their respective traditions. Lots of time will be allotted for Q&A - we are very excited to welcome these guests to the Humanities classroom! |

This year, 8th grade has linked during their Friday math class and are spending that time working with the kindergarteners. Each week, the 8th graders will lead a different math lesson for kindergarten through various activities and games. We are excited about this linking opportunity!
