I Got An iPhone Camera, I Love to Take A Photograph…
Posted by Craig KnebelThe seventh grade recently successfully precipitated DNA from smashed strawberry nucleuses. The students wanted to take photos of the spiral helixes present under the 100 power microscopes but we could not get a photo clearly with the microscope. Mr Bartels and I found a project to make cell phone camera microscopes using about $15 of materials and a smart phone. The result is ten new smartphone camera microscope stations for the school and some satisfied seventh graders. After all, everything looks worse in black and white.
