SEP11 | US Back to School Night 6:30 PM to 8:45 PM view detailshide details After brief remarks in the gym, Upper School parents will follow their child's daily schedule, visit classrooms and meet all their teachers. The focus is on curriculum, not individual progress. Parents are welcome to arrive starting at 6:15pm for coffee and light refreshments. Welcome remarks begin promptly at 6:30, classes begin at 6:45. Eighth Grade Mandarin students worked as a team to create their own Charade cards. All the vocabulary words, phrases and sentences they came up with have to be written/spoken in Mandarin. Then they acted out in front of the class, and the other team had to guess to be able to gain points. They had such a fun time creating the cards.
