Hispanic Heritage Month
Posted by Diane NietupskiUpper school Spanish students have been participating in activities to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 – October 15. Students researched the ways people like to celebrate during this special month and spent time making spectacular tissue paper flowers, creating flags, drawing portraits of famous Spanish speaking people, and drawing images of the everyday life and cultural experiences that famous visual narrative artists have created.
