SEP15 | 7th Grade World Religions Speaker Series - Islam view detailshide details We are starting our Humanities course with a basic overview of the five major world religions - this will give us a general construct/lens for understanding those terms as "vocabulary" and applying it to our global studies throughout the year. We have arranged for clergy members of these faiths to speak to our class and discuss the historical background, belief systems, and other pertinent info about their respective traditions. Lots of time will be allotted for Q&A - we are very excited to welcome these guests to the Humanities classroom! |
