On Wednesday, the 8th grade instrumental class gave a wonderful performance of the Beatles classic, “Eleanor Rigby”, at assembly. It was an all-acoustic arrangement featuring guitars and ukuleles, perfectly suited to this beautiful song. “Eleanor Rigby” has an intricate melody, with challenging rhythms and phrasing, but this class was able to master the song in just a few short weeks. Great work, 8th grade!
