Unquowa Fitness Assessment
Posted by Sarah PollexFor nearly a month, students were busy working through the Unquowa Fitness Assessment. Depending on grade, the following events were completed: shuttle run, beep run, quarter mile run, half mile run, mile run, V-sit, short jump, long jump and jump rope. The overall mood was one of encouragement, determination and the focus on achieving one’s “personal best.” To celebrate the outstanding effort of the last few weeks, the students chose to run baton relay races, one of their favorite activities. Great job everyone!
