“Good Morning, Unquowa!”
Posted by Lloyd MitchellSeventh grade students have begun exploring the use of audio recording, working with a microphone and Audacity, an editing software. At first, they were all a bit silly and had to get comfortable with hearing their own voice! They quickly moved on and got down to work. Tasked to work with the third grade class on a makerspace project, they recorded each third grader reading a section from a favorite book. Afterwards, they returned to the editing and worked on splicing the final products into a finished audio track with their own introductions. Be on the lookout for a special way to access these audio tracks in the near future!
